Problems registering domain names
      Tue Jan 23 2007 03:58 PM

Was wondering if anyone can help / suggest a decent domain name host.

I have been using 123-reg successfully and have several names registered with them, but have now been waiting since 4th December for a specific domain. They have debited my card for the cost of this domain twice, and yet depsite email contact and claims that the name would be registered on 11th January it still is not.

Of course now they are not responding to my emails and they only have a premium rate phone line to ring them on.

I will try to get the money refunding by my credit card, and will move all my domains to a different provider - any recommendations on decent ones which include free web forwarding, preferably with a contactable customer service should it all go wrong again.?
