I have a HP Scanjet 3500c that I have used for a number of years with no problems at all. In the last couple of months I couldn't even load the programme. I contacted HP who told me it was most likely a conflict with IE7 so I uninstalled IE7. I uninstalled and re-installed my scanner software and was able to run the software once more, well almost. I can view and print now but it just refuses to scan. Any ideas please?
