CD drive not reading
      Sun Jan 21 2007 12:35 PM

Hi there

Recently my laptop CD drive is not reading CDs that I have burnt data on to - it just does not recognise that I CD is in place in the drive. The CDs are fine as they read on a DVD recroder and a friend's PC, and also general DVDs such as films and music read fine on the laptop.

It is a Sony VA10 PCG-K315Z and I am running Windows XP home edition. I use Sonic Record Now version 7 to burn the data.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

David
