Be aware that Eclipse is and has for over two months been unable to provide a reliable POP3 email service. Its Status/Outage board is updated WEEKLY!!!! It took several weeks before the problem was even acknowledged. The techniocal help is OK, however the customer service is based upon the premise that the Customer is always wrong, and it's offensive to suggest that Eclipse might be anything less than perfect. They tend to major in the snotty response style of customer care. Overall it's a curate's egg of a broadband provider.
