You need to use a .gif image with a transparent background.
Then in Word, open the document required > Insert > Picture > From file > Browse to the location of the gif.

Now right click on the gif > Format picture > Layout > Select 'Tight'/OK > And you should be able to move the image around your document and get something like this . . . . . >> Text Wrap .
