Can anyone help solve this problem I have windows xp and now when go to print an e. mail or anything from the internet keep getting message <a href="res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg" target="_blank">res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg</a> I have reinstalled printer but no luck, have run reg scan programs and show all of of errors but have to buy as they only fix so many, trying to avoid paying for something that will not correct error any help much appreciated
