help anybody... I am running win media player 10 and keep getting security updates (KB911564/Kb917734)which will not install, I have been on to the microsoft help center, that's like playing noughts & crosses so no problem solved.I know I thought to myself I will upgrade to WMP11 and guess what...I cant install that (error800700D). The funny thing is all other updates are installing OK...Any help PLEASE...
