Try this

Go to Start | Run
Type in Regedit

In the left hand pane, find the following key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

In the rightpane, find NoFolderOptions

Change the NoFolderOptions value to a DWORD value of 0 hexadecimal, by double clicking it or by right clicking and clicking Modify.

Quit Registry Editor and restart the computer.
