Pipex are terrible these days. Been with them since 2004, moved house Summer 2006 and want out now but they're trying to charge me £120 for a new contract I apparently started when I moved! Nothing in the T&Cs says this would happen when I moved house and I wasn't told that's what I was signing up for. Have stopped my DD and am awaiting my MAC number. Will see what they do about my refusal to pay!
