Online Video

Hi,

I'm using windows media player to watch some online streeming but it freezes every couple of seconds for like a second with the sound still playing then comes back, then freezes, very anoyying.. Also the quality isnt very good massive blur round the objects. Any suggestions?

1MB Connection
1GB DDR2 RAM
