Help with Sony K800i Memory stick please

I have a K800i and have put in a 1gb Memory stick micro.
It can be viewed through SE File Manager, but through the Sony Disc2Phone software it cannot be seen.
I have tried taking out and putting in and formatting the MSM, and uninstalling and reinstalling the software but still no joy. File Manager even lets me put things on the MSM and take things off it ???
