Broadband within school, no landline or cable

Hi everyone
There's a group of us who are desperate for broadband at school. But since the school wouldn't let us to use the phone line or any cable and Now company hasn't covered Bath yet, is there anyway we can connect to the interent by any chance? But we certainly cannot have anyone set up anything around the school, so I know this might be impossible but I still hoping there might be a solution for us.
(p.s anything less than £40 a month will be great)
