I have been a customer of pipex since around 2003 when broadband was enabled on my local exchange in the scottish borders. Since then I've had no problems with them at all. I also moved house recently and the cancellation at my old address and new sign-up at my new address went without a hitch. I've never been disconnected (other than when it's a BT line fault or a problem at the exchange which as far as I recall hass only been once in 3 years) and I've been impressed with their speeds and reliability. I would heartily recommend Pipex to anyone. I have to say that I don't have their phone service - only broadband.
