Thought I would mention this as its pretty good and nice and easy.
Seen a funny video clip online from say a site like You Tube or similar that you would like to MMS to you're friends as a laugh?
This little method may interest you, its really easy and completly free.
Generally I find the "original" funny clips are found on sites such as You Tube or similar which are in Flash so you cant download them just like that.
Heres what to do, go to http://keepvid.com/ and paste the link of which webpage the flash video is on into the address bar on keepvid and then you are presented with a download link so you are able to download the video from keepvid.
Once you have the video downloaded to you're PC use the free video encoding programme called Super which is found here to encode and make the video fit the screen size of you're phone. It is all very self explanitory and a very easy programme to use. If you need to find out what screen size you're particular handset has then this is generally found in the specification of you're handset on the phone manufacturers website.
This method is generally best for Sony Ericsson and Nokia handsets, it should be fine on other handsets too as long as you know what video format you're handset plays in and screen size. MPEG4 or 3GP are the most popular formats.
