A lot are doing FREE BROADBAND !!! WOOOHOOOO But end of the day you get what you pay for (so if its free you arn't gonna get much service are you)
1- Tech support with 2 hour phone que's at premium rates. 2- Unprodictable speeds and connections (its free what do you expect attitude when questioned) 3- 100,000's of customer clogging the system with very few staff to sort problems out, orders and faults.
So theirs TALK TALK - SKY- ORANGE I've not spoke to 1 happy person who's moved to any of them.
So FREE BROADBAND hmm i'll stick to paid for (pay for what you get) Broadband thanks.
QUESTION does anyone know of an ISP who's support and sales call number are FREE? And have in house call staff and you don't have to press 1 for this and 3 for that and just wait while we transfer you to this dept etc?
