convert video to NTSC

Hi There,
Can someone tell me a way to convert my camcorder work to NTSC for viewing on an American DVD home player.I copied the original DV tape direct to my own DVD recorder hard drive unit at home but my friends in America would like a copy to play in their home DVD player.
