Webuser Forums: Nvidea Gforce 6200 graphics card 128mg

Hi! I've read all the posts and looked at linkys posted about this card but still having problems. (I posted myself a few weeks ago and Mouse was very kindly helping me)

I bought an Nvidea gforce 6200 128 mg graphics card a few weeks ago. I've downloaded the latest 84.21 drivers from nvidea and installed them. However, everytime I bootup I get a message stating that new hardware has been found and the install wizard either wants to connect to windows update or scan the pc for drivers. They are installed though! They are shown is program files and in add/remove progs in control panel.

The pc is going off several times a day. Have I done something wrong? When the card went in I did a reinstall of xp and downloaded all the updates. Do you think there is a conflict somewhere or is this card faulty? Do I take the car back? I'm running win xp with sp2/512 ram/amd3200 barton processor. I'm wondering if I should just do the xp reinstall again?!? The screen just freezes and the pc goes off. Can't seem to sort it. Unistalled drivers/rebooted/reinstalled - Done it all as per posts in this forum, just still struggling!
