You have to go to control panel/sys/hardwear/ device manager/sound/video,
and remove all the pctv drivers you find,
Do this in the safemode,
and you will besure the drivers are not loaded,
then reinstall them when you restart in nomal mode,
DO NOT LET THE HARDWEAR WIZERD LOAD ANY DRIVERS CANCEL IT,
When xp is loaded,
run the install program on your cdrom,
and let it reinstall the drivers and program,
