I've never heard of any MSI mobos making the noise you describe. Check inside the computer for any fans that aren't working which may cause overheating but I've never heard of that noise.
You could 'Google' for your motherboard manual and look for error messages/sounds.
Does the noise come from the system speaker or external speakers?
Do you have any unusual devices attached to the computer?
