spybot immunization

I am still getting those annoying action cancelled error messages on certain sites for certain ads. Could it be that I used the immunize against spyware feature on Spybot-Search and Destroy? I tried deleting Spybot to see if it would un-immunize the computer but it didn't. Any suggestions?
