transfer FROM mp3 player to computer

I have an iriver H10 and was wondering if it is possible to transfer stuff FROM the device and onto my computer. I've tried some things and it hasn't worked so I'm pretty doubtful but if anyone knows a way that would be great thanks. I have some recordings that I'd like to upload to my website
