Hi everyone,
My mum's OS is Windows 98 and she has Wanadoo Broadband Standard.
The problem is that even though Broadband is switched on all the time, she has to click on the modem link to get it started when she logs in. Sometimes, she cannot get a connection, and at other times it closes down after about 1 hour. She then has to restart the computer and repeat the process.
Any ideas why this is?
