aviod like the plague I was having speed problems and they said do a speed test that showed BB speeds but you couldn't listen to online radio or anything that was BB recomended and the clincher for me downloading the drivers for the modem again 12 months ago it took just over 1 minute this time 22 minutes for a 4Mb download. Also think about what may be happening with the net some things will eat into even a 30Gb monthly limit especially if you have more than one PC
I am moving from these cowboys as soon as the wife comes out of hospital and takes the code off the bloody phone
