Rerun HJT,and put a tick beside these :-

O2 - BHO: TGTSoft Explorer Toolbar Changer - {C333CF63-767F-4831-94AC-E683D962C63C} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: XBTBPos00 - {FCBCCB87-9224-4B8D-B117-F56D924BEB18} - C:\PROGRA~1\SOFTOM~1\TOOLBA~1\bin\toolbarU.dl_ (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Czjfrnmx] C:\Program Files\Ojsqguj\Ndwdn.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [LDM] \Program\BackWeb-8876480.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Windows installer] C:\winstall.exe

now close all windows and browsers and click FIX CHECKED

Then boot up in SAFE MODE

Then navigate to and delete these files\folders in BOLD

C:\Program Files\Ojsqguj<----folder.

then boot up normally.

Copy the bold text below to notepad.
Save it to your desktop as fixdesk.reg
Ensure the "Save As" type is set to "All Files"

REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]

Locate fixdesk.reg on the desktop and double-click it.
Confirm you wish to add the contents with the registry when prompted.

Reboot the machine and check your display properties.

then post a fresh Hijackthis log.
