Information about the target attribute is found at http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/2004/xhtml-faq#target Just because something is an attribute doesn't make it okay to use ;-)
Registration allows me to see how many people use the site, and is also part of the upcoming update to provide users with the ability to watch fgor certain keywords like "holiday" or "gamecube" etc. AND provide users with RSS feeds of bargain channels.
Should be good :) I've been using it as testing for the past few months.
