Hi, after reading the help given to Serena with her Messenger problem, thought I'd check my firewall as per the advice given to her and have a question to ask. On my Norton Firewall 2003, when I click on Personal Firewall on left hand side I don't have the words "Internet Access Control". Would like to know where it is (I always like to learn as much as I can about computers!), as this would have helped my lad's friend the other day (as per my thread below).
