WIN98SE IE6 BB. A few days ago I clicked on start>help and discovered I could not access the Help menu. A day later I lost my Internet connection (coincidence?) My PC repair man duly arrived and after a short examination told me he had to take it back to the shop to sort it out. He returned the PC with my internet connection back on line. He had left a disk in the tray named FixDNSLSP Fix. I assume this was used to sort out the internet problem? Since this repair I now have other problems. I still can't access the Help menu. I attempted to open my photo software programme and got the following message 'Internet Explorer is missing or broken. IE 5.5 or later is required to run Microsoft Digital Image Pro 9' Tried to open Bigfix and got the message ' system does not meet minimum requirements IE 4 or greater required'. Have I lost IE 6 - if so how can I get it back? or is the problem related to something else? I'am baffled(easily done). Any advice, as always, appreciated.
