I have suddenly lost the ability to access hyperlinks in outlook express 6 or pop ups in Internet Explorer. This happened about a week ago and no problems were encountered previously. When I attempt to use either facility the hand pointer can be seen anywhere in the window by moving the mouse but nothing happens to trigger the link. In IE I sometimes get the hour glass before receiving an error messge to say that the program is not responding. Please help! I have attempted many of the common fixes as detailed in various forums but none are succcessful. Many thanks in anticipation of your assistance. I use Windows XP.
