FTP.
File Transfer Protocol.
He wants to transfer files. The clue is in the name!
One of you will need to be running an FTP server. Do a search on Google for "FTP Daemon" or "FTP Server", there are lots of shareware packages around.
You will also need a static IP address, or some other means of naming the server. Check out www.no-ip.com if you don't have a static IP address.
It is pretty straight forward stuff, but make sure you turn off your FTP server when you're done, as they can be very insecure!
