You do not need to set another another FTP. Simply put it all to your web site.
You will need to compress the pictures as far as possible, convert to GIFs or JPGs first. When you got it all up simply give that section a URL that is not listed elsewhere, send an e-mail to your sister telling here what it is, and thats it!
