Fasthosts help

I recently set up a connection to fasthost on my PC but when i connect none of the websites that i go on to can be displayed (as though i am offline) i hav tried many things in my internet options and the properties of the connection but nothing seems to work. Its not just the websites that dont load, none of my internet based games etc connect either.

please help :(
