Guessing time! I assume that somewhere on your PC is the 'licence' for the track. Perhaps the MP3 player is recognized as a 'foreign' item. Therefore the licence stops the track playing seperately from your PC. Do you have an MP3 player of your own? If so, try and put the track on there. I'd be interested to know if this works - could save me some trouble in the future. While it is said that 'The Meek Shall Inherit The Earth', nobody guaranteed what state it would be in when they got it!
