Sharman Networks own Kazaa but since Kazaa-Lite has been introduced (by completely different people) everyone seems to be migrating, hence their eagerness to "go legal". Kazaa-Lite is killing the advertising prospects of Kazaa so they now seem to be trying to find another source of revenue. I wonder if they will get rid of all the spyware when they start charging us to use their "service".
