I, and many others have experienced payments without authority being taken by this company. If you are using Activeware ( or Gio Internet ) be sure to check your Credit Card / Other Card transactions carefully.
If you need to get your money refunded, contact WorldPay urgently. WorldPay are reputable and handle the transactions for Activeware and I believe Gio Internet, who are both linked to Hauka and Farringham..Madiera..
Your statement will probably show up as; WP INTERNET SRERVICES (and a number )
