XP SP2 Firewall - problem

I have a broadband router (with its own firewall) connecting my home network to the Internet, so I have put a tick in the box "I have a firewall solution that I'll monitor myself" in the XP Security Centre Firewall settings, but it does not remember these settings after I re-boot. Any ideas on how to get it to remember?
