Red X in email - Windows Live Mail

Hi there,

I am having problems viewing something embedded into an email – maybe it is a picture etc. Basically I just get this red X in the top left had corner where the picture or whatever should be displayed. I have tried everything I can think of to remedy this but I am stuck. Can anyone please offer any advice?

I use Windows Live Mail on Internet Explorer 7 and my computer operating system is Windows XP. Any tips gratefully received. Thanks guys.
