You can send a Mutual Withdrawal. But I did that once and I was left with a buyer who stupidly then clicked that they still wanted the item and they still did not pay and eBay do not let you open another resolution after that.

Wait four days then on the item in My EBay select Resolve a Problem from the drop down box and report that the buyer has not paid. After four days you can close it and be mean and let them have an Unpaid Strike or just close it. Either way you get the fee back.

It takes at least two clicks to Buy Now, and that is more than enough to make up your mind. We get them rarely, but it happens. It depends on how they have responded to be honest.

Oh, you should also get a Relist option at the end and if it sells you may get the original listing fee back.
