Default Suspicious files

My Comodo Firewall has thrown up 147 files as being suspicious.
The files are : Windows\Assembly\Native images. Are these genuine safe files and if so, what do they do?

Hi bricat
Thanks for the information. I looked at the site and must confess it went right over my head. I will assume that the files (now 300+) are relatively safe and I intend to accept them all. Thanks again for your help.
