fraud monitoring button vanished

I have just upgraded to IE8 from 7 and have noticed the green 'Norton Fraud Monitoring' button has vanished. Norton Tool Bar is checked. Any ideas where it might have gone, as trying to get hold of Norton is next to impossible?

If I remember right when upgrading to IE8 any toolbars add-ons etc that are not compatable with IE8 are disabled you can have a check yourself

Click on tools > Manage Add-ons and see if it's been disabled.
