Default If you have/use Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate Read this

As there is No Windows 7 Forum section Yet
This seems the Best place for this Headsup for now

If you have Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate and want to access the
Windows XP Mode and Windows Virtual PC features They are only available via Download from Microsoft (No Idea how large the Files are)
This news is in small print under the Features chart

....download of Windows XP Mode (which run on Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate) and virtualization technology such as Windows Virtual PC. Download Windows XP Mode and Windows Virtual PC free of charge from www.windows.com/business/downloads.

I found the Download link easily on the US M$ page. On the UK Pages I cannot find it at all!
I myself would download from there, Only difference will be minor spelling changes to Text Not the Code!

I have learnt that some XP programs can run without the XP Mode active
on the XP Pro/Ultimate
So that means they can also be run on the Home edition
Its the "Windows Virtual PC" Program that works the "Magic" Not the XP Mode.
Expect to see other Modes being tried out. XP is only the First

As of posting, looking for those that are "compatible" It is going to be Trial & error also doing some deep Googling , posting for information for a few months until everythings calmed down .
Looking further back, how will 7 Cope with even older Programs, from the Win 98/ME era? Somebodies bound to post a topic on that at any time in the near future
