My NAV 2009 subscription ran out so Norton disabled my protection. I ended up with the zlob trojan. I think i have removed it with StopZilla but my Firefox browser no longer works - even if i re-download and install it.
How do i get Mozilla working? it has all my bookmarks.

why didn't you install one of the free anti virus programs ?
