I have tried many times to get this installed and it keeps coming up with the same thing (uninstall {1A03F196-9617-4CAO-842B-A83CEECB022B} ) if I knew what it wanted me to uninstall, I might be able to uninstall it, I have looked and looked and can't find it anywhere, can anyone tell me what it is please!

You should be able to remove it with HijackThis. Scan then look for an entry beginning 02 BHO Description here {1A03F196-9617-4CAO-842B-A83CEECB022B}
I'm guessing it may be an entry to AVG linkscanner and the description should confirm this. If it is an you're not confident in using HijackThis and it is the linkscanner then there should be an entry in Add/Remove Programs.
