hello can anyone help me?
every time i start windows it blocks filehippo from running at start up how do i fix this?

I assume it's the FileHippo Update Checker which is trying to run.
You will have opted to run it at Startup during installation.
It's not required to start, so rather than trying to stop Vista from blocking Filehippo Updater, go to msconfig and stop it from starting.

Have a look for an entry called <font color="blue">UpdateChecker</font> and un-check it.
It now won't run at Startup.
