Tried to recovery vista
[/ QUOTE ]
I don’t know what this is supposed to mean but if you’re trying to repair a Vista installation, it sounds as though the downloaded ISO file is corrupt. Download and burn it again, from here

Once burned, boot from it, choose ‘Press any key to boot from CD/DVD’ and Vista will start to load the Windows files. Select your language, time, currency and keyboard then click ‘Repair’ in the bottom left corner. There are five choices within Repair: Startup Repair, System Restore, Backup Restore, Memory Test and Command Prompt.
If Vista will not boot, run the options in the order Startup Repair, System Restore and Command Prompt. The command to run is chkdsk /r to repair any disk corruption.
