BT and Google email accounts

Hi,
I hope that someone can help me I am not really that good with computers. I have 2 email addresses one with BT and one with Google. I was messing about with Google and I have somehow set it to receive emails from both addresses, so now when I log onto BT there are no emails there. How do I reverse this so that I receive my BT with BT and Google with Google. I am using Vista.

The email is collected from the respective mail servers.

If you are picking up BT emails in gmail then I think it likely that you would have input things like the BT email address, login and mail server and it'd be in gmail that you'd need to reverse that.
