Default Sky internet

Hi

We have internet through Sky broadband, and recently, we (myself and my girlfriend) have been increasingly experiencing the internet dropping reguarly.

Sometimes it will reconnect again after a few minutes, and other times it won't.

If I try to "force" it to connect (I am on XP by "force" I mean right clicking the Wireless icon on the toolbar and selecting "connect"), it will eventually connect, but I will the following message [image]http://tinypic.com/r/zlqa1f/3[/image]. Can someone please explain what this means, so that I can try and clear my DNS to see if this resolves the problem? (My girlfriend who is on Vista is also getting connecting difficulties/internet dropping - how would she clear her DNS on Vista to see if this solves her problem also?

I will add we have had the broadband box plugged in in the living room for over a year without a problem, and when we called Sky they advised us to move the box to the main BT socket - this did not solve the problem. Sky also advised that there is no problem from their end.

I would really appreciate any input here!

Thanks
