Contacting Orange

I contacted my ISP Orange via email 6 days ago and have not had a reply yet. All I got was an 'acknowledgment email' the day I sent my email to them.

How long should I give them before contacting them again?

Emailing them will get you not very far from experience.

good luck on that its mostly indian people who you get and they dont understand you and we dont understand them :@
i phoned 3 last week and heres how it went
me:hi im calling to check a repair if it is ready for collection
3: you want to update your adress?
me: no i want to see if my phone has been repaired?
3:what is your new address?
me: im not changing my address i want to see if my phone has been repaired?
3: oh right can i have your name please
me: gives name
3: ok i'll check that

3: ok so you book your handset in may?
me: no it was last friday
3: ok i check again

3: ok your phone has been dispatched at 15.41
me: ok thanks bye

so i go to the 3 store and it turns out the phone wasnt even there (and no i didnt go at 15.40 about 16.00 ish)
the deliverly hadnt arrived yet
so i go back later and finally get my phone [img]/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
