Default Trojan win32/yektel.a

I have a friend with a dell laptop. She was having problems with the trojan Win32/yektel.a O/S is vista but until I managed to install SP 1 would not connect to internet. Can now get on line but can anyone advise me how to remove the trojan?

Your help would be much appreciated. Please allow for the fact that I'm not familiar with Vista

Ran Mbam found 240 infected / corrupted files and I deleted them. Needed to replace one as it was the W Lan card sotware which I downloaded from Dell. All seems fine now ran Avast and all seems clear.

Thanks again, Denisimo
