Default slow computer

My computer is running really slow for the last two days, checked with my isp who says the line is ok and they can find no problems, i have ran scans defragged the disk, ran ccleaner so i can think of no other thing so if anyone can help i would be grateful. while downloading hjt my download speed was down to 1.48kbs surely this cant be right, if you can help thanks in advance

Hi Bricat thanks for looking at my probs .. well i tried downloading combofix from both your links but when to open them it says that some installation files may be corrupted and to download a fresh program only to be met with same reply......

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.<ul type="square">[*]Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.[*]If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.[*]Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.[*]The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.[*]When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.[*]Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.[*]When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)[*]The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.[*]Copy&amp;Paste the entire report in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log.[/list]Extra Note:

MBAM hasn't removed anything. you need to put a check mark beside what it finds and click on "remove selected"

Sorry about delay in replying, there seems to be 12 infections according to the malware prog they are in quarintine, dunno if i have done it right please forgive me if i have only added to the problem..

when MBAM removes something it will say in the log "quarantined" or "deleted", but you must put the check mark beside them and click on "remove selected"

run MBAM again, if it is clean try running combofix again.

Hi tried running malware again it comes up clean, eventually managed to download combifix it does scan ok but is taking too long to make log report (cut off after 30 mins) is this normal for combifix..
