The PayPal section is relevant but shows the situation from a buyers viewpoint not a sellers.

I think you may have done what I did once. When you entered the payment email address in the listing, did you make a boo-boo? Basically did you enter the address wrong? I missed out a full stop in my email address and had the same thing.

You can check the listing by clicking SELL SIMILAR. You aren't going to sell similar but it will take you into the Edit of a listing that will not usually be available when you have sold an item and the listing is over.

Scroll down and check the email address you entered. If it is that that is wrong then go to PayPal and log that wrong email as an additional payment email. The money will then go into your account.

Failing that you may find the buyer (was it one or two?) has sent the money to another email address - this is slightly unlikely unless they have sent the money via PayPal without accessing the PAY NOW options in PayPal.

Hopefully that is it, but please get back and update.

Ah, Money Laundering requirement. Nothing to worry about. Now you have accepted it the worst that can happen is PayPal may at some point ask you for proof of ID and address again. Never happened to me yet, but by UK law they HAVE to follow the rules.

It's like when you open a bank account and you need two or three bits of ID. The advice we both gave still stands - it can be a case where the buyer has sent to the wrong email address or is sending from an unconfirmed address. Either route is fixable.

Crikey, you do keep a bit much in PayPal.

You can move any amount over £6 now without charge, so worth having the odd clearout and leaving only the bit you want to spend.
